I have my clix internet since yesterday ( after 10 weeks ... ) but The speed is 4Mbs instead of 20 ...

How can I solve the problem ?

Hi!

You should call the costumer service line (808102030) and ask them to switch you to the 20Mbit profile.

With your line statistics I believe that you can probably sync at 20Mbit or at least something quite close to that.

Be sure to leave your line modulation set to ADSL2+ during the call, 'cause by doing that they'll switch you in 5 minutes.

A mim também aconteceu o mesmo. No primeiro dia estava a 4 mbs, com um telefonema foi alterado.

Hi,

I have the same router DG834G v2.

Last week I made an update to the firmware of the router, that fixes some bugs, the version I have now is V3.01.32


I have also the 20MB´s but:

ADSL Firmware Version 5.00.03.00
DownStream Connection Speed 13214 kbps
UpStream Connection Speed 639 kbps
VPI 0
VCI 35

I have less Downstream than you and higher Upstream and some one told me that the central is near of my house +-400meters.
