Dear colleagues,
Sorry that I am using English but Portuguese is for the moment to difficult for me to use. I have Clix service and I have a problem with modem.
I called to Clix and I have to send the modem to:
Devoluçőes Clix
Alverca Park
Corpo B - Fracçăo 5
Quinta da Verdelha
2619-501 ALVERCA
But I do not know what I have to send more.
Do you have any experience how much time can take until they will send me another modem? The guy in Clix told me that it should not be more then 6-7 days but as far as I know Portugal nothing happens so fast here.
Please help me.

Dear Sir,
I don't know for sure if that address its correct, because they used to have a stamp-free address, but maybe that changed. Anyway, if the operator provided that address it is probably correct.
If you have the receipt of purchase, please send a copy with the router. I don't know how much it will take to receive the new router.

Thanks for quick answer, but in the meantime the another question came to mine mind. Should I wrote anything about the symptoms indicating the problems with router or only the router with the bill. |

It's better to describe the problems you're experiencing, so they can reproduce them in the customer's service labs. |

Meanwhile you can buy a modem or a modem/router in , eg. VOBIS, and return it after you receive your modem from clix. I belive you can return it until 15 days, after purchasing it. Wen returning say something like, "it wasnt what i was expecting..." LOL. I've done this in Vobis, the router just needs to be in perfect condition so they can accept it.
However do this at your risk. It's just a tip so you don't stay without net for so long.

Should I send only the modem or all the things like modem cables, microfilter, splitter and so on.
